Laundry and Ironing Service
We offer a high-quality laundry and ironing service to ensure you feel comfortable throughout your stay. Follow these steps to use our service:
- Where to Find the Form.
- The laundry order form can be found in the wardrobe of your room. It must be correctly filled out to use our laundry service.
- How to Fill Out the Form.
- • Number of items: Indicate the number of each type of garment you wish to have washed (e.g., shirts, trousers, dresses, sweaters, etc.).
- • For adults or children: Specify whether the clothing is for adults or children. This is necessary to determine the correct price, as children's clothing has a different rate than adult clothing.
- • Subtotal calculation: The form includes a section for calculating the subtotal based on the price of each garment according to our price list. Please ensure this is completed correctly before submission.
- • Express service: If you require express service, mark it on the form and calculate the price with the 50% surcharge.
- • Signature: Don’t forget to sign the form at the end to confirm your order.
- Important: If the form is not properly filled out and/or signed, the laundry will not be collected.
- Where to Leave Your Clothes.
- After completing and signing the form, place your clothes in the provided laundry bag and leave them on the bed along with the form. Our housekeeping staff will collect them during room cleaning. (Make sure not to leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door to allow us to pick up your laundry.)
- Important Information:
- • Service Days and Delivery Times:
- o Laundry service is available daily.
- o Clothes will be returned within 48 hours of collection.
- o For express service (with a 50% surcharge), delivery will be within 24 hours.
- o Exception: Some items (e.g., leather garments or those requiring dry cleaning or special treatment) may have a longer delivery time if their cleaning coincides with a weekend or holiday. You will be informed of this in advance at the reception. If we cannot contact you, the item will be returned to your room with a note so you can decide whether to proceed with the cleaning despite the extended delivery time. If you agree, please take the item to the reception.
- o Please ensure the "Do Not Disturb" sign is not displayed on your door so we can deliver your laundry on time.
- • Payment: Payment must be made at the hotel reception at any time during your stay after receiving your laundry or upon check-out.
- • Ironing Service: In addition to laundry, we also offer an ironing service. The price for ironing only is the same as for washing and ironing according to the price list.
- • Special Rates: During the Christmas and New Year's period, prices and delivery times may be subject to changes.
- Responsibility:
- Although we handle garments with the utmost care, the hotel is not responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of items during the cleaning process. We are also not responsible for garments that were already damaged before collection.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse cleaning items that, due to their material or risk of damage, may not provide satisfactory results.
