We offer a high-quality laundry and ironing service for your convenience throughout your stay. Follow these steps to use our service.

Where to find the form
The laundry order form is located in your room's closet. It must be completed correctly to use the service.

How to fill out the form

• Number of garments: Indicate the number of garments of each type you wish to have washed (e.g., shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, etc.).
• For adults or children: Specify whether the clothing is for adults or children. This information is necessary to determine the correct price, as the rate for children's clothing is different from that for adult clothing.
• Subtotal calculation: On the form, you will find a section to calculate the subtotal according to the price of each garment in our price list. Make sure to fill it out correctly before handing it in.
• Express service: If you request express service, remember to mark it on the form and calculate the price with a 50% surcharge.
• Signature: Don't forget to sign the form at the end to confirm your order.

Important: If the form is not properly filled out and/or signed, the laundry will not be collected.

Where to leave the garments
After completing and signing the form:

1. Place your laundry in the provided bag.
2. Leave it with the form on the bed during room cleaning.

Make sure not to leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the room door, so that laundry collection can proceed.

Important Information
Service days and delivery times
The laundry service is available daily.
Laundry will be delivered within 48 hours of collection.
If express service is requested (with a 50% surcharge), delivery will be within 24 hours.
Exception:
The delivery time for some garments (e.g., leather items or items requiring dry cleaning or special treatment) may be longer, especially if washing coincides with a weekend or holiday.

Should any special situation arise, it will be communicated in advance through reception. If we are unable to contact you, the garment will be sent to your room with a note for you to make the appropriate decision.

Payment
Payment must be made at the hotel reception, at any time during your stay, after the laundry delivery.

Ironing service
In addition to the laundry service, we also offer an ironing service.
The price for ironing only is the same as shown in the price list.

Special rates
During the period of Christmas and New Year, prices and delivery times may be subject to changes.

Responsibility
Although we treat garments with the utmost care, the hotel is not responsible for possible damage, loss, or deterioration caused during the cleaning process.

Nor are we responsible for garments that already showed deterioration before collection.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse garments that, due to their material or risk of damage, do not allow for a guaranteed adequate result.
