WRISTBAND TYPE
Standard All-Inclusive: silver wristband
All-Inclusive Plus: gold wristband
The wristband serves as customer identification and its use is mandatory.
In case of breakage, it must be returned to reception, where it will be replaced by a new one. On the day of departure, guests must hand over their room key and wristband before 12:00 noon.
The Standard All-Inclusive regime includes soft drinks, still and sparkling water, beer, and draft wine from the service stations. In addition, some bars offer some juices in cartons and/or bottles. Bottled water is not included.
The alcoholic beverages included consist of a selection of international, local, and house brands, and cocktails with and without alcohol are pre-made from a machine. All other drinks are at an additional charge.
Some specific drinks may have an additional cost, so we always recommend checking the drinks menu of each bar, where the drinks and their cost are specified, in case they are not included in the Standard All-Inclusive, or consulting the same information in the app.
During breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30 in the main restaurant, sparkling and still water, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, infusions, juices, and different types of milk (also plant-based milks) are included.
Natural orange juice is at an additional charge.
The Standard All-Inclusive includes ice creams from La Choza, El Mordisco restaurants and El Goloso bar at specific times. Other types of ice cream such as popsicles are subject to an additional charge. Sweets are included with meals in the main restaurant and at Bar El Goloso from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except for crepes and waffles which are subject to an additional charge.
Refilling the minibar is on request and carries an extra charge. It can be used free of charge to store your own drinks.
Standard All-Inclusive also includes 1 free dinner in each of our themed restaurants for every 5 nights of stay. Each additional dinner has a charge of €20 per adult and €10 per child. You can reserve them on our information panels located at the receptions in front of the entrance to The Food Market restaurant or on our app. (Includes Standard All-Inclusive drinks, others such as wine bottles etc. are subject to an additional charge).
From 00:00h to 07:00h in the morning, guests will find varied snacks (sandwiches or rolls and fruit) and drinks (water, juices, tea and coffee) in the reception area.
All-inclusive hours are from 07:30h to 23:00h for non-alcoholic drinks and from 09:00h to 23:00h for alcoholic drinks. Drinks served from 07:30h to 9:00h are those included in breakfast.
After 23:00h, drinks must be paid for at the different points of sale.
From 00:00h to 07:00h in the morning, snacks and drinks are offered in the reception area.
Please check the Gastronomy section for the opening and closing times of each bar and restaurant. 24-hour drink and food service is not offered.

AI Plus also offers bottled water and a wider selection of national and international brand alcoholic beverages.
AI Plus cocktails are prepared at the moment (partially with bottled preparations) and include a selection of international cocktails. Please consult the drinks menu in each bar.
The AI Plus gastronomic offer includes crepes and waffles from El Goloso bar from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The upgrade from Standard All-Inclusive to All-Inclusive Plus has a cost of €15 per person per night. In addition, the upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room and until the end of the stay.
